Hey guys!!  Hope you're having a good week :)  Tracy nominated me for the Sunflower Blogger Award because she thinks I'm a slacker she loves me SO much!!  Haha!

So, 11 facts about myself.  If you've been coming around here for any length of time, you probably know most of these :)

1.  I have an older sister and we are five years apart.
2.  I love to read.
3.  I'm typically in bed by 9:00, during the week.
4.  I'm typically up by 5:30, during the week.
5.  I don't drink pop.  At all.
6.  I'm currently having a difficult time balancing kids, work, home and crafting.  (as if you couldn't tell  by my absence here on the ole blog-o)
7.  We have leftover night every Thursday night for dinner.
8.  I am a creature of habit.
9.  I can get mad really easy, but I get over it really easy.
10.  My dream job would be to answer phones at a Doctor's office.  Seriously.
11.  Mike and I are in constant contact, with via phone or text, throughout the day.

Now for Tracy's questions:

1. How did you get into blogging?

    Several years ago a friend and I started a blog together and it went belly up.  I missed blogging and decided to start my own because I missed sharing my cards :)

 

2. Do you have a favourite craft and if so, what is it?

    Probably cards.

 

3. How long have you been blogging?

    Maybe five years total, but this blog about three?

 

4. Would you ever think of running a 1/2 Marathon?

    Nope.  Only because Mike has run a full marathon and I've seen the all the training that goes into it and it does not look F-U-N.    But I'm a GREAT cheerleader!

 

5. What would be the hardest food to stop eating for you?

     Coffee.  Hands down.  Does that count as a food?

 

6. What is the hardest thing to organize in your crafting supplies?

     Washi.  I'm never happy with how I have it organized.

 

7. What TV series or movie could you watch over and over again?

     TV series:  Seinfeld.  Movie:  You've Got Mail :)

Here are my 7 random facts:

1)  My big dog sheds so much that when we swiffer the floor, every day, the pile of hair is SO big it could pass for a small dog.
2)  My hair is naturally curly/wavy.
3)  I cut off my long hair about a year ago, and while I LOVED the cut, at the time, I feel now that it was the WORST mistake I EVER made and wish I NEVER would have done it.
4)  I'm currently in the process of growing out my hair.  (see number 3)
5)  My next door neighbor moved away about four years ago, but she moved back into the neighborhood in December and we are both SO happy about that!
6)  I'm over 100+ degree heat.  90's are fine, 100+ no bueno.
7)  I'm not ready for school to start.  PUT THE SCHOOL SUPPLIES AWAY STORES!

Abie's Valentines.

Yah Friday!!  So excited for the weekend!!  I got a lot done this week, still have a lot to do this weekend, but enough off my plate that I can enjoy myself!

I'm posting Abie's Valentines today.  She designed these herself :)  I trimmed out all the 3x3 pieces and she did all the cutting (of the overlays), writing and assembly. 

Fabulous job, don't you think?  ;)

The Valentine paper was two sided so even the back of the card is pretty!

Yesterday KATIE gave me this awesome award!  If you haven't been over to Katie's blog before, you should go check her out.  She has a little bit of everything.  Layouts, home decor, food, photography, funny stories and the cutest haircut EVER ;) 

This award goes to awesome, up and coming blogs, with under 200 followers.  I need to pass it along to five other people.  So here goes...

     love her layouts and she made the cutest mini album awhile back!  She's currently working in an            album for her mother in law that I'm anxious for her to share!

5)  Tammy Tammy has the most amazing tips, advice, layouts I could go on and on about her.  She is        just awesome!

A blog award!

Gotta love a short week, right?  Thursday already my friends!  I can't believe how busy we've been this week, I have so many things I want to get started on, crafty wise, and I just can't seem to get my time management in check.  Ha!

Yesterday I got a blog award from my friend TRACY.  If you haven't been to her blog before, GO NOW!  She is so creative :)  She's been on a Copic kick lately and her coloring is amazing!  Then, there's her mini albums...to...die...for.  The detail she puts into them blows me away!  Oh, and you can't talk about Tracy and not mention her family, she LUUUUUUVS her girls and her hubby more than anything :)  Oh yeah, and she's the funniest little thing ever!  :)  Thanks so much for the award Tracy!  You're the best!
