2012, my favorite projects, part II.

Happy New Year!  Did you have a good time ringing in the new year or did you about fall asleep, like me?  Haha!

I'm back today with part two of my favorites from last year.  I left off with June so let's start out with the second half of the year.

In July I made this card for Mike and I liked how I spritzed the wood pieces with mist and then sprinkled the card.  I love the look of this, but still don't do it enough (too impatient for drying time, haha!)

In August I made this card for a challenge (and my mom's birthday) and I LOVED everything about it :)

My favorite project for September was the fall banner I made.  It wasn't labor intensive at all, pretty quick and easy, but I just loved the outcome!

In October I bought this super cute stamp at Michael's and had so much fun coloring it with my Bic's and paper piecing (for the first time...) her dress!

For November I picked this birthday card for my Grandma Mary.  I love all the texture on this card!

For December I picked the Christmas tags.  They were simple this year, but still super fun, I think!!

I've never done a post like this, where I look back through my old projects.  It was a lot of fun.  I hope you enjoyed it too.  Thanks for stopping by today, I hope everyone has a fabulous 2013!  I'm excited to see what this year has in store for us :)  See you tomorrow!!

  1. I made it past midnight, but stayed in as well. I am loving the fall banner....very pretty! I did a couple of banners this year and definitely see more for 2013. Happy New Year!

  2. Wonderful projects! They are all so awesome!
Here is to a wonderful 2013!!

  3. Hey Becky!! I've nominated you for a Liebster Award! Head on over to http://myminds-lens.blogspot.com/2013/01/the-liebster-award.html and see what all it entails!!

  4. Your projects are stunning. I can't pick a favourite this go around.
I love your fall banner..so fun.
Your Halloween girl is adorable...I almost bought that one ;)
And you grandmas card...well what can I say but love those colours.
Looking forward to seeing your beautiful creations in the new year :)

  5. We barely made it past midnight. In fact, we toyed with the idea of celebrating the east coast midnight (only 11 here) and going to sleep! But I wanted to see the fireworks at midnight, so we stayed up.

I love all of these projects! The fall banner is one of my favorites! So is the blue card for your mom's birthday, the colors are great :)

  6. Great projects! I love the card you did for your mum's birthday - the blue colour is stunning. x
