Project Life Week 21 and 22

Good Monday morning everyone!  Did you have a nice weekend?  We were busy on Saturday but had a nice relaxing Sunday.  I was able to get all caught up on my Project Life, all the way through this past week.  I tried to add in as many scrappy journaling cards as I could, but not as many as I would have liked.  I think the key is to try and stay caught up because when I'm behind, I have a tendency to rush through the weeks layouts to "get it done".

Week 21

On week 21 I added a little bit of scrappy to the title card, and the first two journaling cards.  Then I puttered out :)

Week 22

Nada on the title card and I added in a pre made journaling card.  I feel like the week as a whole looks pretty blah and I wish I would have jazzed it up a little more.  But, the stories are down and the pictures are in.

A little update on the Velcro wall.  We broke it :)  It was awesome!  We had so much fun and I'm sure we were breaking the rules, but man it was a good time!  I highly recommend renting one for your next party.  Just don't have 5 people on it at once...

Thanks for stopping by today.  Be sure to stop back by tomorrow, I'm going to be talking about inserts.  Have a beautiful Monday!

  1. looks like a fun week! i am going to work again this week on PL and get caught up. i have to print my photos for weeks 26-27-and 28! no i just need life not to get in the way. right??

  2. Done is better than on your mind and making you feel guilty... Now you can focus on the week at hand and get as scrappy as you want! I have photos coming this week so I'll be able finish my spreads through June! :)

  3. Becky - I totally get what you are saying, as I am running into it with a few of my instagram mini pages. I think that is what can be so challenging about albums based on one thing whether it is a mini or project life. Coming up with so many unique ideas within one project is tough. But I think it is good to keep some of them simpler like you are doing, to prevent burnout! :)

  4. I am sure it's a great feeling to be caught up...something I aspire to do! :) Your pages are great Becky, love the simplicity of it!

  5. Love that you are keeping up with this! And can I just say that the pic with the volleyball knee pads brought back soooo many memories! The ladies at church are trying to get me to play this fall & I've been resisting...but hmnnnnn.... ;)

  6. that is so funny to hear about the velcro wall! HAHA! Love your PL - great job!

  7. Great pages. I love these.
Seriously where are the velcro wall photos ;)
