Don't forget your oatmeal!

Morning ladies (and any possible gents who my be reading)!  I'm in a great mood today!  We had a fabulous night last night, very productive and all that good stuff.  It made me very grateful for my husband.  He's such a good guy.  Small example of his greatness here, skip on down to the pictures if you don't want to be bored!  Haha!  Monday morning I forgot my oatmeal and had to come back home and get it.  Yesterday, I had just left the house and he called me and said, "you forgot your oatmeal again."  I drove back to the house real quick and he met me in the driveway with it.  Now, this may not sound like a big deal, but he could have just seen my oatmeal sitting on the counter and blown it off, but he didn't.  He knew that if I didn't have my oatmeal, I'd be STARVING by lunchtime.  Wasn't that sweet?  Do you have someone in your life like this?  Someone who would call you if you forgot your oatmeal, someone who you're grateful for?

Alright, for those of you who skipped ahead for the crafty goodness today, here we go!  I needed a Hostess gift for my sister for Thanksgiving.  She teaches second grade and goes through a lot of stationary.  I made her a whole set of monogrammed note cards for Christmas last year and she's almost gone through all of them!  So, I thought I'd whip up a few more note cards for her for a little Hostess gift.

These were so easy to do, took me literally minutes to make.

I packaged the ten cards up in one of the clear boxes from Papertrey Ink.

Now, I also made a little tag for a bag that these cards will go in, I'll be posting that on Friday so stay tuned for that.  What do you have going on today?

Thanks for stopping by, and don't forget your oatmeal!

Now just curious do you eat the oatmeal in a bowl while you are driving?
