Happy Tuesday everyone! Even though it's a bit warmer here today, I'm still in the fall mood!
I bought a K & Company paper pad and I think the pieces were 4x6 3/4. Well, I trimmed them down to 4x6 1/2 and then scored it at the 3 1/4 mark. It makes for a cute little card. This particular piece I must have pushed a little too hard on and the paper tore. I fixed that right up by adding some washi binding. After rounding the corners, it sort of made it look like a little book, right? Kind of makes me want to make a little Halloween book :)
Are you working on any Halloween or fall cards yet? I really think they are my favorite projects. I just love this time of year :) We have Abie's first set of volleyball games tonight, getting right back into the swing of things. Hope you have a great Tuesday and I'll see you back here tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by today.

ReplyDeleteVery cute!
ReplyDeleteI have done a fall layout but no cards :)
Super Cute Card!!TFS
ReplyDeleteLove how you layered the pattern paper. Great card Becky. I am not working on either actually...still making bday and anniversary cards as needed. I am always so behind...no surprise there! :)
ReplyDeletevery cute! love the tearing and texture :)
ReplyDeleteI actually thought it was a little note book, good call with the washi tape.
ReplyDeleteI love the patterned paper! The washi tape looks great on the edge. I wouldn't have know about the tear at all, it looks like it was meant to be there!
ReplyDeleteI am working on lots of fall things. Once there is a hint of fall in the air, it doesn't matter to me if it goes back up to the high temperatures, I am in the fall mood! I even put away all of my shorts and took out all of my sweaters last night!
Cute card! Great idea to use washi tape to cover up boo-boos. I'll have to remember that. I don't do many fall cards. I just like looking at other people's fall cards.
