Sentimentless Card

Well, I made it through my first day back at work.  It was no small feat.  I wanted to call in so bad, I even told my boss that.  I really miss him when he retires in a couple of years.  I was super busy which made the day go by really fast.  Now here we are, Tuesday already and only nine days left until my next three day weekend!  Haha!

Over the weekend, I was working on a few things in my craft room and I had a couple of ideas floating around in my head, but no specific card or layout for them to be used on.  So I just started working and came up with a fun little card, but I decided to leave the sentiment off.  This way, when I'm in need of a card, all I have to do is stamp the sentiment on a coordinating piece of cardstock or patterned paper and adhere it to the card!
Have you ever done this?  I know I'm not the first one to ever think of this idea, surely, but it just felt good to make a card just because!

Do you have big plans for your Tuesday?  I'm back at work again today :-) but have ordered a new Cricut cartridge and am anxiously awaiting its arrival!!!  Thanks for stopping in today!

  6. Very pretty card. Good idea. I normally don't make cards ahead of time. I am usually making them just before the event, lol.
