One layer graduation card.

Happy weekend eve!! Today I wanted to share a graduation card with you that I made for an open house we went to last weekend.

Usually when we go to these types of events, we get the traditional school announcement, but this time we got a really awesome 5x7 card with different photos of the graduate and fun quotes, with the information about the open house on the back.

Since it was a little different, I didn't have the colors of the school, so I had to wing it ;). In hindsight, I guess I could have googled the school colors, right?  Anyway, I used my one, and only, graduation set, and got to work!!

Thanks for popping in today! Hope you have a fab Thursday friends!!

  3. This is perfect! I made a few like this for AJ's graduation that had the hat and said "thank you". But I don't know that I ever shared them! I like cards like this though, they look great and are so quick to put together so you can make a bunch at once :)

I love the simplicity of it and how the black pops off of the grey.

  8. Love the card. I think I will opt for picture filled announcements instead of the actual school variety...seem so much more personal. And, yea....I know it is early, but if you saw my IG last night....the boy brought home a class of 2019 t-shirt last night...GAH!!!! Where does the time go???? Have a great holiday weekend!

  10. Love the simplicity of this card. I hardly have time to scrapbook these days as I'm working on building up a new business venture...hopefully after sometime I'll come back. I really miss this world of mine. Love seeing your work!
