Crafty daughter.

A couple of weeks ago Abie wanted to make a gift for someone close to her that she would be saying good bye to.  She had seen an idea online and we picked up all the supplies:

A matted picture of a landscape
Black spray paint
Black picture frame
Letter stickers (we used thickers)

Abie took the mat off of her picture (we couldn't find a landscape and ended up going with a city scape instead) and then she placed her thickers, with her chosen phrase.  Dad helped her with the spray paint.  She only needed one good coat.

After the paint dried, Abie peeled the thickers off and was left with this cool piece of art!  She placed it in the frame and wrapped it up for her recipient.  I told her that I want one for the house now!

Hope you guys have a great weekend and I'll be back on Monday :)  Thanks for stopping in today!!
