Abie's Crayon Card.

Good morning and happy Friday!  Today I want to share with you a card that Abie made.  She was inspired by a crayon canvas that she saw somewhere, and I'm sure you've seen them on Pinterest.  Abie came home, after seeing the canvas, and was SO excited to make a card!

She picked out her crayons and painstakingly matched paints to them.  She then glued down her crayons and applied her paints :)  I love it!!

The girls had an even better second day of school than the first day :)  I just love to see them after the day is over and hear their stories, makes me happy.  We're going to take them out tonight to celebrate the end of the first week.  It's a pretty low key weekend around here, might be doing something with my mom and sister, but not sure yet.  We're having a nice stretch of beautiful weather and we're really enjoying it.

Hope you have a wonderful weekend and a fantastic Friday!  Thanks for stopping by today and I'll see you soon.

  2. WOW, Abie is truly talented! Sounds like the girls had a lot of fun back to school. My kids started back on Wednesday (hopefully, I can't craft more now) and they are happy to see their friends...not too sure about starting back school though! Have a fantastic weekend!
