Happy World Card Making Day!!!

Good Saturday morning friends!   I know it's weird for me to be posting on a Saturday, but this is a grand, wonderful, super special occasion.  It's World Card Making Day!!!  There are tons of things to participate in around Internet world, will you be joining in?  I am playing along with the WCMD blog tour HERE.  So much awesome creativity, go check it out!!!

When I started working on my card for the blog tour, I pulled out my trusty Faux SMASH Book and flipped through until I found a color scheme that spoke to me.  Then in not time I whipped this card out!

I had SO much fun making this card!  That little scrunched up flower I have seen tons of other crafters make and I finally made one for myself.  I used my Tim Holtz die and ran some old book paper through my Cuttlebug until I had about six flowers.  Then I scrunched them up and held them together with a brad.

We're off for a bit of shopping today and then Abie has a friend coming over tonight.  I'm hoping to get a few more cards made later on...we'll see how the afternoon goes :)  Have a FANTASTIC World Card Making Day and I'll see you on Monday!!!  Thanks for coming by today!
