Wedding Card

Good morning!  How was your weekend?  We had a great weekend that was extremely productive!  Saturday we spent cleaning out the toys, in preparation for Santa's upcoming visit, and made a big donation to DAV.  Then Saturday night, Abie had a slumber party to go to and Mike and I spent the night getting some errands done.  It's crazy how much easier it is with just one child!  However, we were so happy to have Abie come home Sunday morning, missed that girl like crazy!  Sunday was full of laundry, crafting and Christmas lights.  We bought new lights at Target last year and Mike needed to replace a few broken ones only to find they don't carry them anymore.  I think he's found them online and we've decided to switch to the LED lights for next year.

We have a wedding to go to this weekend and their colors are brown and cream.  But we bought their gift at Bed, Bath and Beyond and, as you may know, their wrapping is purple and white.  So I had a bit of a dilemma  when making the card for the gift.  Do I go with the wedding colors and stick the card in the box or go with the colors of the wrapping and attach it to the outside of the box?  I decided on the latter.
You'll have to excuse the picture, I promise my stamping isn't crooked, it's just the way the scallops landed when I took the shot, aaaaannnnnnd I'm pretty sure it's blurry.  Not my finest photog moment.  :-)  You get the idea though, right?

Well, I'm out for today.  I'm looking forward to this week, the end of it anyway.  Our anniversary is next weekend and next week is a short week.  What's not to love about that?  Have a great Monday and I'll chat with ya later!  Thanks for checking in!
