Turkey place cards

Yeah, it's finally Thursday!  I've felt like it should have been Thursday all week.  Today I'm going to share with you the project the girls were working on yesterday.

If you guessed Turkeys, you were right!  But they're a little bit more than that...

Turkey place cards!  I saw this idea on Pinterest, how cute, right?  I should have had them cut out the hands on card stock so the fingers didn't bend over so much, but still, we love them!!

Only a couple of weeks until Thanksgiving.  Are you working on any special Thanksgiving projects or are you already moving on to Christmas?  I just can't bring myself to work on Christmas things yet :)  I feel so bad for Thanksgiving, I need to give it a little love first.  Haha!

Have an awesome Thursday and I'll see you tomorrow!  Thanks for stopping by today to see me.

  1. these are just adorable!! i bet everyone had so much fun creating these!!!

  2. They're adorable! They'll make the table look festive!

  3. So cute! Love the clothespins for legs :)
    No holiday things here yet.
Planning a (was a surprise but not so much anymore) 40th party for Mike in December. So focusing on that :)

  4. Adorable! The girls did a great job. I haven't even started to think about Christmas yet!

  5. These turned out great...good job Landry and Abie :)
Love the feathers on them :)
We had our Thanksgiving already....but looking forward to our Fakesgiving ummmmm turkey ;)

  6. That is just too fun! My family is so not into special stuff like this - yes, it's a nightmare to a crafter! But I would LOVE to sit at a table full of fun turkey place cards. I can't bear to think about Christmas either...yet.

  7. Cute project! I love how you used those colorful feathers. Great idea.

  8. These are ADORABLE! I love them!! Your Thanksgiving table is going to look awesome!

I normally don't do Christmas until after Thanksgiving, but a friend asked me to make a gingerbread wreath so she'd have a template, so I broke my rule. But she's a really good friend!

But all day yesterday (and this morning!) was wedding related. We wanted to get our Save the Dates out this morning and I had procrastinated make them...I know not to do that with the invites now!
