Now I know I usually have a clean desk, but how sad is this? I'm not working on a THING! I have several things I need to work on too. A baby gift, two birthday gifts and then there's Mother's Day too! We've just been busy and I haven't had time to work on anything. The weather has been so beautiful and we've been outside every minute.
I usually get down to my craft area at least once during the week, but it's not looking like that will happen this week...
What about you? Are you busy with projects right now or are you busy outside like me?

I know that torn feeling of wanting to be outside and enjoy the weather vs doing something crafty! I have been sooooo busy lately, it's sad that when I get to craft I have to keep it very quick and sometimes end up not liking how things turn out! Anyway, I say enjoy the great outdoors...create fun memories to cherish for a lifetime! :)
ReplyDeletei am right with you!!!! i was able to clean off my desk from last weekend and i have a ton of products sitting on my desk but the boys want to be outside and i just can't say no because i want to craft- so hubby and i worked out a deal that he is going to take them to the park on saturday for a bit so i can get some work done. gotta love him for supporting my addiction LOL!
ReplyDeleteI am organizing right now. No creating. I'm hoping maybe things will be in order enough by this weekend to work on something creative. And it's already heating up in FL so I've gotten back in the habit of running errands first thing in the AM so I'm home before it gets HOT and the thunderstorms start up. So glad things are nice where you are. Enjoy the sunshine! :)
ReplyDeleteI think when the weather is good we all tend to prefer to be outdoors, as there is plenty of time to craft when it is wet and cold!

ReplyDeleteI totally understand what you mean with the weather. When it is beautiful out, I don't want to stay inside! Unless its like, 115 degrees like last summer, I don't mind staying inside in the ac and just enjoying the view outside!
I love a tidy desk, but I love it more when I'm busy making stuff. Glad you're getting other stuff done though, the months soon pass and it's easy to get caught up in crafty stuff and neglect the rest! Take care and enjoy WOYWW snooping! Zo xx 73
ReplyDeleteNope, my table/bench is NEVER that clear! I have load of things I MUST do, so I guess I'd better do as you have, and Tidy UP! (or down) which means, pile it all on the floor! And I wonder who called it a dongle in the first place?! Thanks for my snoop! HapPy LatE WoYwW!
