A pouch full of goodness!

Yah Friday!  Who's excited???  I'm super ready for this weekend.  I have a little pouch to share with you today.  It's a gift for my cousin, an ankle bracelet.  I had originally intended on getting one of those little jewelry boxes from Michaels, but I didn't make it over to the store in time.  So I improvised.

I've had these little pouches for years and when I saw them on my shelf I knew they would be perfect to hold the bracelet.

I stamped the background with Momento London Fog ink (really love that soft grey color) and then fixed up a fun little tag to add to the top of the pouch.

Here's the back of the pouch.  Don't you love the closure?

So, tonight I'm heading over to my cousin's house for a little party and then tomorrow morning we're heading off for more Volleyball :)  On Sunday we have a Super Bowl party to go to at a friends house.  I'm hoping that I'll be able to get some things crafted in between Volleyball and the Super Bowl :)  What are your plans this weekend?

Thanks for coming by today.  I'll see you soon!  Have a wonderful weekend!

  5. I love the pouch, and the close in the back is awesome! I agree about that gray color, it is fabulous, and it works perfectly with the pink!

It sound like you guys have a fun full weekend planned! I hope you are able to get some crafting in this weekend!

Our weekend is going to be crazy, we are having a Super Bowl party that was supposed to be very small, but it quickly blew up into something much bigger when a friend's girlfriend, who works for the same company (but different plant) as AJ, took it upon herself to invite people from that plant! So there will be a lot of cooking and cleaning for me, and not so much crafting. But I am planning on making banners for the buffet and bar!

As for this weekend, Mike and I actually have a date night planned. Nothing to big. Just a movie maybe :)
