Chipboard Letters

So last week I was working on these, if you remember.  I first saw them over here at Diana's blog and just thought they were so pretty.  I picked the letters up at Hobby Lobby for $2.47 apiece, but I know Joann's carries these as well.  Then I painted the edges and covered the fronts and backs with patterned paper.  After that, I just decorated away.
I love the way this project turned out.  Too bad I'm giving it away.  Do you ever feel like that about a project?  You invest so much time into it and love the way it turns out that you just want to keep it?  Or are you so sick of looking at it that you can't wait to get rid of it?  :-)

Thanks for stopping in today!

  6. These turned out beautifully.

Yes I have done a few projects that I just loved. Put my heart and soul into it, and wanted to keep them. But most projects that I make are for someone else and I tailer it to them.
But I feel better when they love the gift :)
