Project Life Weeks 4, 5 & 6.

Good morning everyone.  I'm sharing the last three weeks of my Project Life today.  Very basic layouts here, pictures and words.  I do love the look of adding scrappy stuff to the layouts, but I still struggle with that, so more often than not, this is what my weekly layouts look like.




Confession:  all of these pics were taken with my phone.  I've gotten SUPER lazy and have just been snapping photos with my camera phone and then printing them out on my Selphy.  Love :)  I have found an app that will make a collage out of my photos allowing me to print more than one picture on one 4x6 sheet.  I'm still messing around with it, as soon as I have it figured out, I'll share.  Right now I'm still cutting people's heads off, need to quit that before I start telling you all about it ;)

Today is a holiday for us, President's Day, and we're all four home!  We had a great weekend, shopping and running errands on Saturday, went to the movies on Sunday, I'm not sure what we're up to today, but I'm so excited to be home with my three favorite people for an extra day!!  Thanks for stopping by and I'll see you tomorrow :)

    Becky - that's exactly how I work ... no extras, just the PL kit, pictures and a pen. I love how the scrappy project life pages look, but I struggle with getting the pages done at all, so this is what works for me. And my poor camera too is sitting in the corner collecting dust. Great layouts!

    Simple or not, your pages look great! I am pretty sure that this move is going to derail me as far as my projects go, but we will see what happens. Enjoy your day home with your family!

    Most of my PL photos are from my phone too. It's so convenient. Great page.

    I don't put any embellishments on my pages. But then again, I still haven't completed a page yet, lol.
    You girls are so beautiful, and congrats to Landry for getting her library card :)

    Great PL pages. Phone photos are still photos-I take a lot with mine when I am out and about and forget my camera (which is often because I hate dragging it around).

    I actually love the simplicity of your pages!
    They look nice and clean and sharp. And I notice the photos more.
    I love the cards you are using (very mod looking) mixed with your handwriting.

    I have to admit that I have been using my phone a lot, too.
    And it takes crappy photos.
    But so much easier to carry around. And when I actually brought my little point and shoot this weekend, the battery was dead!
    I use my DSLR more in the spring, summer and fall.
