A very simple thank you card.

Hello there :)  I hope you're having a wonderful day today!!  I needed a very simple thank you card the other day and this was what I came up with.

Red cardstock and black ink.  That's about as basic as you can get, right?  I think, if I would have had more time, I would have heat embossed the sentiment, but it looked pretty good just like that.

We're nearing the end of club volleyball season.  Two more weeks of practices and tournaments then Abie will be off for awhile before summer session starts.  We asked her if she wanted to keep playing or do something different and she said she wants to keep playing :)  I can hardly believe were already talking about summer activities, can you?

Hope you have a beautiful Tuesday and thank you for stopping by today :)  I'll see you tomorrow!!

  1. The thank you is nice and bold - perfect for a simple card. We were talking about summer yesterday. Tomorrow is the last day of the 3rd marking period - one more to go. And Andrew reminded me it will be his last marking period of middle school. Yikes! Time is speeding by.

  6. Sometimes keeping it simple is the best way :)
I have been thinking of this lately myself.

I was thinking today, only 2 more months and 1/2 a year is over....now that's depressing isn't it, teehee.

  7. That's great that Abie wants to keep playing! I can't believe summer is so close either!

I really like your simple thank you card. The black ink really pops on the red!
